
Why do I need to register my Ooze battery?
Registering your device ensures that you have purchased an authentic Ooze product and activates your warranty!
If you are having trouble registering your device or believe you may have purchased a counterfeit device (from another seller), please email our customer support team (support@oozelife.com). We'll help you register or determine if you have a counterfeit device.
If you have reached out and been told you might indeed have a fake, please submit our counterfeit device form.

Where can I find my authentication code?
You can find this code in one of three places:
- The code is etched onto the outside of your device, near the base.
- If there is not a code etched onto your device, check inside the package for a small warranty card with a scratch-off section. Scratch the silver off and the serial code will be revealed.
- If you cannot locate the code on your device and your package does not have a scratch-off code, please email our support team at support@oozelife.com.
At no point should you ever try to open up the device. We do not etch authentication codes onto the actual battery power source inside the device. This is a safety hazard and voids your warranty. We never recommend exposing the internal components of your device or making alterations to it of any kind!
