Ooze Shipping Policy
All orders are processed on weekdays during normal business days during normal business hours. After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation to your email and another email when your order has shipped. Your order number is also provided at the end of check out.
Discrete Packaging
We know that not everyone lives boldly, so discretion is one of our top priorities. Any Ooze product ordered from our website ships in discreet packaging and is delivered straight to your door. Merchandise will be delivered USPS, so keep an eye out!
Shipping Options and Rates
Shipping rates are established by carriers and are set to comply with local laws and taxes. Shipping options available in your area will be made available during the checkout process.
Ooze orders can be delivered to locations within North America and other approved areas. Free Shipping on orders over $65 only applies to United States customers (only contiguous states). International fees will apply to any order out of the US, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Please note, if expedited shipping is available in your area, that orders placed outside of normal business hours will be processed on the next business day. This service does not expedite the processing time.
Shipping options vary based on your location and the size of the order. Available options are displayed during check out. Currently, we are only shipping through USPS. Shipping rates are subject to change.
Shipping is available for customers in all 50 US states. We do not offer expedited shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
We DO NOT ship to Canada or Mexico.
Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier operating status. We advise ordering ahead during peak holiday shopping seasons to avoid delays. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
